Pausar Activity Generation Config

PATCH /api/activity-generation-configs/:id/pause

Pausa una AGC del proyecto activo: la pasa de active a paused (ver Estado). Pausar saca la configuración de ejecución pero conserva su id y su definición; para reanudarla, publícala de nuevo — conserva el mismo id.

`paused`	Sin cambio: responde `200` con la AGC tal como está, así que reintentar es seguro
`draft`	`400` — sólo se puede pausar una configuración `active`

Respuesta `200 OK`

Devuelve la AGC con su nuevo status y sus tres pilares anidados, en la misma forma camelCase que GET /:id, pero sin effectiveAudienceId ni configHashes.
