Pause Activity Generation Config

PATCH /api/activity-generation-configs/:id/pause

Pause an AGC of the active project: move it from active to paused (see Status). Pausing takes the configuration out of running but keeps its id and its definition; to resume it, publish it again — it keeps the same id.

Auth: Required — activity-generation-config:update permission

Transitions

Current status	Result
`active`	`paused`
`paused`	No change: responds `200` with the AGC as it is, so retrying is safe
`draft`	`400` — only an `active` configuration can be paused

Response `200 OK`

Returns the AGC with its new status and its three nested pillars, in the same camelCase shape as GET /:id, but without effectiveAudienceId and configHashes.
